Hard-swinging salsa from Bogota, Colombia. It’s slightly scruffy salsa, too, kind of bohemian salsa, riding over an electric bass; there are two boogaloos and they do La Pantera Mambo by none other than Henry Mancini. This is clearly a band that generates excitement in clubs and does it with a sense of humor. There’s no stuffiness here, and the music’s totally refreshing. Highly Recommended. (review by Descarga)
