Extremely well done DVD production of a live concert of Rey Ruiz celebrating fifteen years of hits. Recorded at the Adriene Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, Florida, this multi-camera big production is able to cover the big orchestra with ease, thanks to excellent editing and sound quality. Ruiz is in top form, as he burns through not only his hits, but gorgeous classics like "Lagrimas Negras," "Santa Isabel De Las Lajas," (very cool!) and "Cienfuegos." Some rehearsal sessions and also biographic material is peppered into the mix, resulting in a very entertaining experience. With guests trumpeter Arturo Sandoval who pay homage the the late, great, Tito Puente. Closing with a sensational, Cuba celebrating, "Muévelo" brought he crowd to its feet, and then ending, appropriately, with "A Mi Manera" ("My Way"). One of the best live salsa DVDs of 2010.
